Been awhile since I have built an automotive PC. I was buying parts for my Volvo wagon when i spotted this on a forum and it seemed like a good deal.

Devon It Thin client.

Specs:
1Ghz VIA C7 processor
1GB memory
1GB SSD
8.5" wide, 8" tall, 2" thick.

Figured it would be worth the asking price.

Then I got some more info.

Just got it today. Yanked the ssd chip and hooked it up to my laptop drive that has xp on it.

A little slow with the tiny ddr2 ram , but easily remedied with more memory.

I plan on running road runner, with a 7" in the double din and 5.1 surround sound.

All ABS case from hong kong. Couldn't tell you the brand as i dont know. Stumbled across it.

Hi, I'd like to know if this Devon It 6350c thin client can manage divx playback? I've got an HP T5710 thin client with windows xpe and it plays divx just fine. I've got it hooked to my tv in the living room.

What is the onboard graphic adaptor and what is the amount of shared memory?
