    Project has been restarted but with some major changes. Went with a 10" Toshiba tablet, multimedia dock, and an alpine head unit. For now no amplifier, but when I have time it will be the next step. Just finishing the dash kit, filled in the bottom pocket to house the dock and installing the head unit about 1/4 recessed to allow the tablet to sit flush. This way I can still have audio when the tablet is not present. The dock has audio, hdmi, and dual usbs. Its not quite the project I had before but with no house/shop and the insurance company fighting us at every turn it's about all I can muster for now

    I know it looks wavy after sanding but its not, its just the way the filler is on it.

    OK here is the finished dash kit....not bad for a total of 5 hours of build!
