F150 Center Console Build W/Questions

Hello, I finally started my first build and thought I would post Some Pics, I also have some questions if anyone could possibly help, thanks.

Specs:
Screen: Lilliput 12.1" SDK Touch Screen

Computer:
Abit IP35Pro
Q6600 QuadCore
Corsair 128mb SSD
WD Scorpio 320gb

Power Supply/Power Unit: Undetermined
Bluetooth: Undetermined

Peripherals:
Atheros Wifi
Shuttle Contour
Backup Camera
Scantool USB ODBII Interface

Audio:
10"JL W3
Some older amp - cant remember

OS:
Thinking Centrafuse?

Here are some pics of the console so far, Still need to finish fiberglass and paint, also intergration of Iphone Dock into console.
Input is appreciated good or bad.

QUESTIONS: (May edit with further questions later)
I am looking to intergrate my iphone into the project--Any recommendation on best way bluetooth/cable intergration?
I would like to connect my backup camera to my vehicles reverse lights <--so simply shifting into reverse switches the monitors input. Unfortunately my lilliput screen does not appear to have a 12v input switch connection,
any idea on how I could achieve this.

Haven't had a lot of time to work on this but school is almost over.
I have almost completed the console. I had to redesign the iPhone dock because I ran into
a couple of issues. I will post some pics with explanation in a few days.
For now, I completed final assembly, everything is glued and ready for paint. The recessed portion next to the cup holders
is for a Shuttle contour. If anyone has any recommendations before I paint it let me know. Always open to new ideas.

Can't see the pictures for some reason..?? Would be interesting to see how you plan on fitting that monster (monitor) in the dash. Threre seemd to be ways of enabling the autoswitch on some monitors. Search "lilliput autoswitch" and you'll see a bunch of posts on the subject.

Pictures are showing up for me. It appears the monitor is going in console, not the dash. I gotta feeling glare will be an issue with the angle it's on but maybe you can shield it. Greta looking consoile though, I will be following the progress of this build for sure!!

Glare was an issue with the way I first mounted the screen. (as seen in the 1st couple pics) I later parked the truck in the sun and calculated the best viewing angle of the screen relative to my position in the truck and glare does not seem to be affected.
Thanks for the info on the lilliput autoswitch, I will be sure to do some research.
edit:: Looks like this monitor is not setup to autoswitch<--only thing i can think of is to make a controller of some sorts and have and solder it to (input) switch from screen. I think this is going to be a pain in the ***.

Little Update: I had some difficulty finding a good location to mount my iphone into the console. After searching for phone docks that would work without removing the phones case, I decided to just build my own.
I finally decided on having the dock retract using an xbox disc drive and some drawer slides into the console. <--It sounded simple and easy but has proved to be more work than planned. None the less almost done.
Here is a couple of pics of the build so far. I am just waiting for my shuttle contour to show up, then I can finish routing into the console and start the final fiber-glassing.

That dock setup is awesome. Anymore pictures and details on how you used the drive. I have an old drive that would be perfect for something like this.
