Awesome worklog viceversa! Lol regarding all the hardware you used, looks familiar http://www.mp3car.com/worklogs/15098...rr-cartab.html ;-). I still have yet to purchase my Samsung HS3000, how is it workin for you? Also, does it work while charging? I plan on hard wiring it to my DC-AC inverter so it's always charging (when the car is on).
Minus that, great job, looks really good. I am currently using CarTunes (https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...bmVzLmZyZWUiXQ..) but noticed that randomly my music will studder, it's hard to explain, almost like a scratched cd that skips... I've been looking for a better front end player, but haven't been able to find one. What player are you using? I can't seem to find one that has easy to use controls while driving AND doesn't skip, lol.

Thanks! your install looks great too btw, I use an app called PowerAMP (https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...ioplayer&hl=en) which IMO works the best...as for ease of use you just just swipe left or right to change tracks or go back, check it out! As for the songs skipping I experienced this too when I had the stock OS on the tablet...I HIGHLY recommend you root that thing and put CyanogenMod on it, the tablet was sooooo slow with the stock OS on it...upgrading it made a world of a difference. Plus then you can install themes and match the color scheme of your tablet to your interior lights! Just last night I put the new jelly bean software on it just to try and out...works great but little bugs here and there so im going to reload my CM9 ROM.
Here are some links to get you going in the right direction:

Just wanted to give a small update. A few people asked about if the Bluetooth receiver i was using would allow you to charge AND use it at the same time. Well I just found out it does, works like a charm however I remember reading in the users manual that you should not use it while its charging...probably makes the battery overheat. I ran it for a couple hours while charging and it didn't feel very warm.
For reference the receiver is the Samsung HS3000. link: http://www.amazon.com/Samsung-Stereo.../dp/B0057WWK5E

This install is one of my personal favorites of the entire forum... all because of that titanium bezel... it fits PERFECTLY. Great job man, love it.

thanks man! I plan on making a video at some point showcasing the apps / configuration. I feel like a lot of people really don't understand android and all the capabilities it has to offer when compared to a PC setup.
