    I used ABS for the first one and Lexan for the second. Both are strong polymers that don't expand and shrink with temp.

    Ranger PC is being shipped back to Greg as I type this. Look for the brown truck

    @Blk02si I'm using a cheap Boss amp...and a very small powered sub (it adds a little bass... just a little more than the shaker 500 did to the mustang but it's not as balanced). But the objective was for everything to be out of sight under the seats. I ran into an issue yesterday...the unit won't power on any more. I moved the momentary switch to the reset spot on the MB and put a wire from the power supply to the MB power on switch and got nothing... ****ed lol I was burnt out so I'll try to finish today.

    Also noticed that annoying interference when I plugged the audio into the computer but absolutely nothing when I plugged the stereo jack into my phone...hmmm. This is why I prefer RCA sound cards over 3.5mm (they suck IMO).

    Where's the pc and amp grounded at? May have to run a ground wire from PC chassis to amp chassis
