Now get out there and take some pics... we don't care about the software... you will be "still configuring" that for the rest of your life (like the rest of us) LOL.
1) Short the ACPI pins to make sure your PC hibernates.
2) Measure the voltage and/or continuity of both pins coming from the DSPSU's ACPI connector to make sure it is trying to send the off signal when ACC drops.
3) Do #2 again with the connector plugged in to the MB to make sure there is not an interfacing problem.
If 1 & 2 are fine but 3 is not, complain to the maker of the DSPSU or fix it yourself using a pull-up resistor, a relay, or something else creative.
If #2 is bad, you have a configuration problem or a bad DSPSU.
