I want to change the CD Changer with newer model. I do not have wiring diagram of the existing cd changer. How can I fit a new one there. CD change is installed in the Trunk. I want to use the same cable. Do any one knows about the wiring diagram or any conver cable to fit any other CD changer?

The Lexus has a really weird custom bus for the CD changer. I do not think that anyone has been able or willing to spend time (and money) to crack the bus. Most people just upgrade their stereo.

No need to CF anything else. The CF is there for weight savings, which ave to be done at the front, as the car is front heavy. Installing a CF trunk is going against the goal of balancing the car's weight.

OMG! I remember a few years ago now I hosted a so.cal install meet at my body shop in Corona. At the time I had my carputer in my 05 Altima (bought in 04).

I remember you coming to that meet and I remember your uncle sitting in the car the entire time playing around with your controller board and such. I remember you demoing I think your first beta of your voice nav software.

All this time has passed and you still do not have your car finished?

Anyways, I am on my second project which I'll be posting soon.

Yeh, I remember that meet. My uncle was playing with the LCD and the dash to try and get it to fit. The project was finished, but then I took it apart to get the car to be painted. I'm putting it together now. I need to get some more speaker cables, and a new battery, as mine reads ~8.5v right now

Funny you mention NaviVoice. If any of you guys noticed, the section name has been updated. You know what that means
