Mark's 1994 Primera eGT install

Well, I've started. I fitted the Xenarc 700IDT into the dash and moved the HU into a lower DIN opening.

I hooked it up to my laptop to try it out, 700IDT in use (wmv 4.65mb)

Already got a Cubid 2699R case with Epia M10k, 128MB RAM, 40GB 3.5" drive and slim CD drive. Which will be fitted in the boot, trunk to you guys

Still loads to get, lots of it ordered though. Some of it is listed below...

USB GPS Received
USB hub Received
Bluetooth USB dongle Received
802.11G USB dongle Received
RF keyboard with integrated mouse Received
5m Audio lead Received
5m Vga lead Received
AUX in adapter Received

HU Ordered

List above will be updated as things are ordered/received...

Still need

More memory
USB extension
PSU and wiring/fuse to go from battery to it
Slot load slim DVD, firewire enclosure and lead
Remote wire

Got some more parts today.... Aux in adapter for the Blaupunkt stereo I'm getting and the 5m shielded VGA lead...

Getting there slowly...

Fitted my new Blaupunkt HU with aux in adapter now....

All good until I started the engine and got a whine through the speakers whenever I had line-in selected with the laptop connected. I sorted that today with a ground loop isolator.

I still have a noise if I power the laptop with an inverter though. It won't be a problem with the proper install though, I'm sure....
