hey, where did you get the carpet for your install? is that what people normally use? I really like the new amp rack.

I bought the carpet at a local auto upholstery shop. I tried to find the closest matching un-backed carpet I could find.

I mounted some ABS sheets on the right side of the cavity of the dash, and mounted my 250Gb drive to it. Then, I mounted the SP-13000 and M1-ATX to another sheet along the back. The ABS sheets are held in place by screws, aluminum brackets and velcro. Pic:

Painted the bezels, First I cleaned them with acetone, and sprayed the parts with Duplicolor Adhesion Promoter. Then I coated them with SEM texture spray to give them a pebble-grained texture:

Then, I sprayed them with the adhesion promoter again, then two coats of Duplicolor Bumper Coating (Black). In between the coats I flattened the pebble grain a slight bit by rubbing the surface with some steel wool:

It is all ready to go toghether, but I have a few things standing in my way:
1. My in-laws are here, so I can't spend any time working on it.
2. When I tried to power it up earlier, I got no display on the screen. The board powers up, as does the HDD, and I get a "VGAMODE" and NO VGA SIGNAL DETECTED" display on the screen (so I know the screen is powered) But no BIOS splash screen, or no windows display. I also checked power with my meter, and the power supply is supplying +12 and +5v. The next step I'm going to attempt is to hook up my desktop CRT to it to see if I get a display that way.

but one problem, in post 26, did you leave the pink foam that the mobo came packed in on the back of the board? Because if you did that foam is conductive and will give you many headaches
