Nice Work....
I am running a 7" in mine. Temp install until I get the guts to mount in the dash.
Check out www.scionevolution.com as well.......
Thanks!!!!
I have an 8" monitor so it fits pretty well. I disassembled the monitor and marked up the bezel and went at it with a Dremel and air tools. I then used a product called plastic weld that is an epoxy and plastic glue in one.Originally Posted by blackedoutxb
Yes I go on there and posted pics of the car in the sound system section to see what the non computer geeks think about a PC in an Xb.

Just want to also congratulate you on your work so far. BTW, is this the same model as appeared in an episode of Pimp my Ride? Being in the UK I am unfamiliar with many (especially newer) American cars. I'm sure Xibit bought one of these for some guy in one of the episodes?
Oh, another thing...
30+ mpg! Woah, that's great (snigger)... suppose it is for an American car. Over the pond that wouldn't be seen as that efficient - my mini does 45mpg+ and its 21 years old! But suppose your "gas" is much cheaper than ours so I'll just get my cloak and leave quietly...Originally Posted by fixerofallthing

It gets such good gas milage because it is a Japanese car. Toyota makes them.30+ mpg! Woah, that's great (snigger)... suppose it is for an American car. also, not to be picky but you should of hidden your amps under the raised floor too... and cover the floor in the same color carpet...
other then that its a pretty good install...
you have 108 horsepower in the most aerodynamic car on the market. drive safe.
