I actualy did go with the touch screen in the dash. I haven't been updating pictures to much. I bought another radio bezel and cut it and streched it to fit my 10.4" touch screen. I did it all with abs so it shouldn't ever crack. I'll attach a picture of where I am with it so far. It is a very slow process, the abs takes days to dry in thick areas. And I just started a new job so I haven't had near as much time to spend on this. When you start out to do it you think oh, this will be nothing, but then it goes on forever...LoL.

As far as the speakers go. No, You can use your car speakers. You just go from the output of your computer into the factory amp in your truck. There is a little more involved but thats basicly it.

I am still working on The AC controls. I would like to make it run off the computer too.

Then I ordered a sheet of 1/8" abs and cut out the rough shape of the top and bottom that I wanted. I sanded, and heated them until they fit in perfectly where I wanted them. I clamped them and gooped them in from the back, waited for that to dry and unclamped them and and started layering thin coats on the top. sanding them in between coats seems to help it to dry, You have to break the seal on the surface for it to dry inside quicker.

One more thing I should mention. The replacment bezel was only painted on the outside. Before I glued anything to the outside I sanded it to bare plastic.
