    Hi Vagabond, its a new p4 style atx connector (24 pins) , your power supply if its p4 compatible should have a square molex with 4 wires (2pins by 2 pins).

    Edit: Didnt see the pics (werent there when I posted) , its a 20 pin ( p4 style is 24) I never saw a 16 pin .

    Dont use that power supply , get another

    I guess you got yourself an unusual power supply / mobo (comes from a compaq or dell im guessing ?? or something like this)

    I dont know were you found those power supplys with 16 pins but I never saw something like that.

    Edit: ac/dc converter is called an inverter , you can use a car battery also.

    No. Not a nice car at all. I had an 2003 eclipse GTS which is when i originally had the idea. But i couldnt afford that after my accident so i have an old blazer now.

    Basically a test bed. Ill have to take some picks of the thing. In the morning..
