    usb devices.. ideas anyone

    ok ... im thinking of using these two devices.... more so the powermate http://www.griffintechnology.com/products/powermate/ than the radioshark..... http://www.griffintechnology.com/products/radioshark/ .. plan on using a sirius alpine serial mod setup...

    yeah ... i like the color contrast of the radio bezel..... gonna hit ebay to see what i can find....

    btw... my wife just bought a 96 GT convert ... and her cig lighter cover has fallen into the down position..... gonna try to see whats up with it sometime this weekend....

    Got the MDF cut today for my bezel just gotta move my a/c control down to the bottom and find some new louvers for the a/c vents. I took pics but im going to wait for anohter day or 2 till i get it shaped and post b4 during and after shots if it turns out half as good as it looks in my head wohoooo!

    cool ... i couldnt decide.... i moved the AC vents down to the bottom for a while.... but thought the screen up by the ac vents may get to much sunlight ... so i decide to go with the 03-04 bezel.... cant wait to see how yours turns out...

    waiting on some epoxy putty and POR Patch ... to mold the xenarc bezel to the 03' bezel. POR resists holding moisture and shouldnt expand/contract because of temp..etc. gonny be fun to sand probably .. but we will see...

    yeah ... when i rebuilt my 69 mustang suspension.... i used it on my rear brake dust shields .... stuff is like water ... it filled in slightly in one of the holes ... i had to freakin drill it out ... lol....

    really good stuff ... i use POR15 and corroless on most of my restoration stuff ... if im gonna take the time to rebuild it ... i only want to do it once... lol...

    Not to hijack this thread, but the only part of the install that troubles me is fabricating the bezel to the screen casing... I too prefer to only do things once, is this por stuff the way to go?
