No, the camera was just higher than head level, although maybe a 1/4" is blocked off from view, it doesn't matter since there really is nothing to see on that part of the screen. The visor does help shading the screen some, although as you can tell from the video, white or bright objects (like the shifter knob, or hand on the shifter knob) does create some reflections that can make it hard to see. But this only happens during the brightest times of the day, and is the main reason I have my T-top shades installed. I would like to install some kind of film to help it out, but I don't know if that would negatively impact my brightness (lilliput screen)

Image links are broken. It sounds like a nice install anyway.

Very nice work. (found this forum from LS1Tech.com)

I would like to say, however, that there is plenty of room in the back seat. I have a 2002 WS6 Trans Am. I am about 6'2". Just for kicks the other day I tried to get in the back. To my surprise, I fit. Behind the driver's seat, while it was in my driving position. I pulled the seat-back back into it's normal position, and even closed the door. All that lacked was head room. Granted, my knees were splayed on either side of the seat-back, but they were not in the way of anything. And the seats are so low, that you're not exactly in a normal sitting position anyway. All I had to do was lean over, or even just tilt my head and I was fine. 4 adults can quite legitimately fit in these cars. Even 6 footers. The back seaters just need to not mind getting close (leaning in). It's not good for a cross country journey, but then it's no S-Class Mercedes-Benz either.

Also, I hate you for doing the power mate thing. I was thinking of that and hadn't seen anyone else doing it. lol

    Nice car, great set up.

Thanks for the kind words. I suppose you CAN fit in, but no one wants to spend a minute or two cramming their limbs into the small space behind me. If i'm going to take people from work to lunch in my car, everyone fights about having to ride in the "*****" seat. Like you said it's not exactly a benz.
