    i have nearly the same mobo, and similar setup and mine runs at about 20-30*C or 70-85*F and thats playing movies, mp3 and downloading 24h a day. there has to be a sereus problem with your setup, i recomend re-installing windows. anthen going from there...
    Life Dosn't come with a reset button, if it did you might as well turn the game off.

    The mobo isn't overheating. It's the controller for the LCD display.
