Don't know about IASCA or USACi, but in the EMMA competition you'd be losing points on placement of your mids and tweeters because you're blocking the view to the outside of your front window at the bottom corners. Apart from that, it looks pretty nice though!
Xenia & Isabelle, totally in love!

    not a concern over here.

I've also heard that in EMMA, you can't cut any metal in the car...so I would have lost points with the kicks...

That is some serious wire management. Super clean. I think I will be going a similar route since I have more room to work with this time around.

You soundsatge is going to sound fabulous with your mid up higher like that.

No matter how we've gone about it, we can't get the wiring any nicer looking...lol

There's just so much of it.

Just in listening to the speakers in positioning...it's beautiful!

the 5" Be subs up front...WOW - talk about IMPACT!

It puts my wiring to shame right now. I'd be embarrassed to even post pictures up right now. I got lazy and just wanted it done, so when I got to my power wires for my PSU, i used...errr....wire nuts. I was going to throw a plug on it so I can quickly disconnect, bu there are too many wires. I think the best way is to display them liek you have done. Easier to diagnose problems if the arrise, and it is nealty organized and saftely terminated.

So how would you compare placement now to your old kicks? I think if everyone were to try it they would go away from kicks, unless they want a two seater.

well, before we were using 5 1/4" mids down in the kicks and just the tweeters up top.

Now we're using the Be 3" mids up top and the 5" subs down bottom, the tweeters and the 15" sub are all that's the same speaker wise.

    So it's hard to tell.

This new set-up is hands down going to be better, the speaker compliment will allow for better tone and the 3" up top will do wonders for the imaging...

subs up front are soooo nice no matter how much bass you have in a car & no matter how much everyone tells you it's non directional, theres still a nice impact with subs up front that you really can't get any other way....

    looking real good

subs up front are very nice, no doubt about it...

difference is....getting a quicker sub up front in a larger size that you normally find in the back....and finding somewhere to put it....ha!
