    Now for the RCA sockets:

Here's the 8 runs or so of Encore II RCA wire from Straight Wire.

Encore II: Encore II utilizes the highest grade of foam insulation for astonishing midrange fidelity. Our most advanced Star-Quad design, Encore II outperforms all other cable designs in this price class and insures high compatibility with nearly all components. Discover the significant improvement a Level 3 cable can make with Encore II wired throughout your system. XLR (balanced termination available)

Wiring that will be used for speakers and RCAs:

The Focal Be Tweeters are driven by the front two channels of the STEG 4|01 amplifier (75w/channel). Speaker wire length for these runs are around 15'. The crossover point for these are around 5,000 Hz.

    40' of TEF 4/18 – stranded

The Focal 3w2 mid-range drivers are driven off of the rear channels of the STEG 4|01 amplifier (75w/channel). Speaker wire length for these runs are also around 15'. The crossover points for these speakers are around 4,000 Hz - 150Hz.

    TPR 2/14 – 40'

The Focal 5" Be midranges are driven off of one STEG 2|02 amplifier (150w/channel). Speaker wire length of this bit is around 12'. The crossover point for these speakers are around 150 Hz to 50 Hz.

    TPR 4/14 or Quartet 30'

The Focal 40KX 16" subwoofer is driven off of the other STEG 2|02 amplifier. The sub has dual 2 ohm coils, so we are running the amp bridged at around 1 ohm. This amp was modified by Duane at Orca to make it stable at a 1 ohm load. Speaker wire length is around 6'. The crossover point for this speaker is around 40 Hz and down. Sextet 8'

    Encore II Interconnects.

Shows around here don't start until april I think. Hopefully I can be ready by may. I've never been to the Daytona Event. That's farther then I am willing to go right now. Well sounds like you guys have your work cutout for you. Goodluck!

It's only what, 6-7 hours from Chicago to Cester, WV, right? Steel Valley regionals!!

btw - I'll be competing in USACi, IASCA, and MECA this year. Maybe we'll run into each other eventually...somewhere...hehe
