Took 4 screws off of Lilliput and popped it open by sticking multiple credit cards in the top to hold it while we opened it. The bottom came right off after that. Loosened 4 screws holding screen in and moved out the metal tabs. Unscrewed the board for the buttons on the front and removed the front bezel:

After(Cut with hacksaw shown and sanded down edges we cut to make it smooth):

To answer your question, the hazard light switch I got from a junk yard (don't recall from which car) and to tell you the true it was a PITA cus the people that work on those places don't want to lose time selling parts like this but finally I found this guy that let me in to the yard and sell me the switch fro $10.

The switch doesn't fit the hole (maybe where the cigarrete lighter?) but was easy to mod cus the switch came with atound plastic cover so I just have to glue to the dash trim.

    Thanatos.

Ah, okay. I'm not quite sure what to do with my hazard light switch yet. I am still fixing all the bugs with the software. The only problem I have now is that the Power Switch won't shut down the computer. It doesn't work with WinLogon or MinLogon and I'm not quite sure why.

I finally got the power switch working with the WinLogon. WinLogon is taking the exact same time to bootup as MinLogon did so I'm just going to use WinLogon.

Motherboard(VIA EPIA-CN13000G) and Power Supply(M2-ATX) Mounted to Plexiglass with #6-32 x 1" Zinc Machine Screws and #6 Spacers. The Screws came with the nuts we needed in the package already. We had to predrill holes in the Plexiglass to get the screws in.

It fits very nicely in my glovebox. There's room to spare too .

The lilliput bezel was stuck to the dash peice with superglue and held for about 60 seconds. It was then clamped down. We then expoxied the bezel to the dash peice and left it for a few hours to cure.

It stuck in perfectly behind the dash peice... no sanding or anything was needed.

Boxes were cut out of 1/4" MDF for the Slot-Load DVD-ROM/CDRW and the Fan controllor. The slot load was two peices of 5"x5" and two peices of 1"x5". Gorilla glue was used to hold them together.

This drive is removable. The box was built before it was stuck in there, so it can be pulled in and out if needed at a later time.

The fan controllor was just glued in there. The peices of MDF were glued around it and it won't come out now, but that's fine.

Here's them after the glue cured:
