You can buy extra sensors, no worries :)
And it will work just fine, we just need to ask Robby to change his pic routine to allow for the max of 9 sensors the PIC can handle then.
Otherwise, easy enough to do, and all the links to software et al in Robby's TPMS thread under hardware section.
Enjoy, thanx for the feedback.
The truck is very eye catching.
At first I was thinking why in GODS creation is that guy head under the hood during the mean roar.
I guess the specialized ear muff blocks 200db plus .
LOOKS GOOD DUDE.
Hehe - thanx Frank :)

I cant believe how you have jumped in and done it so quick. Awesome work to the car mechanically AND as for mutlimedia setup. DAMN lol.
Just aquired myself a VERY nice BA MkII XR6t with permo sound.
Was looking at a carPC for my old car. Have some parts built up but never actually got it in the car.
Problems i had were finding decent GPS software with updated maps.
I was using Roadrunner with Mapmonkey i think it was. It used Destinator as a backing but it used the old version5 maps i think which are pre 2000 i pretty sure.
So as you know half of melbourne isnt even on the map lol.
As for monitoring the engien etc it was in a skyline and i found a very nice program to monitor anything it comes back with. There are quite a few free programs for the jap imports like this
But now i back to AUSSIE POWER haha.
Anyways I might be over your way tuesday night and would LOVE to check it out. Picking up new car then so be over to show a few mates that way.
very interested in progress of this
have recently got myself a BA MkII XR6t and will be doing carpc or ssomething along those lines to it
Was planning it for a skyline but have since got the xr6t and decided it a much better car for long term.
Looking forward to more updates.
I am busy developing (open-source) an emulator to completely replace the integrated HVAC control unit on this car - it's a CAN-based interface that will initially allow control of the ICC, and then later, both manual inputs and ones from the Carputer.
Lot's to do.
VGA to CGA
