This is my first post here, and I'm afraid it is in order to get help...
Anyway, here we go:
I've bought a Xenarc 1020 TSV monitor in order to replace an old 1020tsv model that was mounted on a machine (I'm working on a company that manufactures machines and we connect the Xenarc monitors to the PC that controls those machines).
The problem is that the display is far away from the computer (25 meters / 984.251").
In order to send the video data I'm using a KVM extender: http://www.kvms.com/Product/0DT23008A.aspx (it works perfectly).
And in order to send the USB I'm using a USB extender (sender/receiver): http://www.kvmstuff.com/usb-extender...-or-mouse.html
The problem I'm getting is that the touch is getting disabled from time to time and then I'm in the need of unplugging the cable again in order to make it work.
Of course this is not OK, it happened with the old display (something like 3 times per month) but with the new one it is 2 or 3 times per day...
I've thought on replacing the usb extenders for a long cable with external power supply but I'm not sure if this will work or not...
What would you recommend me?
Thank you in advance!
